I recently purchased clotjing at Chicos in Tucson. The employees were very helpful and considerate of my preferences. Thanks to Karen for helping me find the dress I was looking for!
I visited the Kercheval Store in Grosse Pointe, Michigan on Friday, October 8th. I was greeted warmly as I entered the store where Edris was waiting. I had an appointment with her. She showed me some items that she thought that i would be interested in purchasing for I had mentioned to her by phone the outfits I saw in a recent catalog. She is ALWAYS polite and I have observed that she is polite and helpful with each customer. She also offers very helpful suggestions to me. I really appreciate them because I sometimes cannot make up my mind. That is where Edris shows her patience. In addition to the excellent service I receive from her, I really enjoy shopping at Chico’s and I always leave feeling satisfied. I also receive compliments on the suggestions that Edris gives. She is a true asset to your store and very much appreciated by me.
I was recently at the Santa Fe, NM store and a lovely salesperson by the name of Criceida was so helpful. She directed me items of interest to me. She also asked if she could prepare a dressing room for me. Also very impressive were her COVID19 precautions wearing a mask and using hand hygiene cleaners. I haven’t shopped in Chico’s for over a year and a half, but because of Criceida, I will return.

I visited the South Coast Plaza store on November 16 at 1:30 p.m. The sales girls welcomed me and showed me where the merchandise was. I was using a walker so they offered to help me in the dressing room. Darlene helped me gather some clothing to try on and helped me into the dressing room. She was wonderful about finding the right sizes for me and helped me get seated to try on trousers. I was so grateful for her help as I did not fear falling at all. I selected 2 pair of pants and 2 tee shirts and then was escorted out to make my
purchase. I must have looked tired by then as Darlene brought me a cup of water. I so appreciated the help and care I received and will make sure I visit Chicos South Coast Plaza on my next shopping venture. A wonderful experience! Thank you Ann Carter
I want to share my outstanding customer service at the Beaumont Texas store #582. Carolyn, Debra and Carla went above and beyond to be very helpful and considerate in assisting me. They are the reason that Chico’s is my first stop in shopping for my wardrobe selections.

Although I normally shop at the Huntington Beach, CA, Chico’s, today I made a special trip to South Coast Plaza to buy a wedding gift, so thought I would just ‘pop in’ to the Chico’s there to get an idea of ‘something’ to wear to that wedding. How special it was to be greeted like a familiar client by Susan and Janet, who then worked as a team to offer suggestions and style advice that helped me assemble a lovely outfit…mostly from Sale items, which was truly appreciated! Together, these two presented a lovely example of the type of service I have come to expect from Chico’s personnel…no matter which store I happen to visit! Kudos to the South Coast Plaza ladies for a super shopping experience!
The Chico’s store at the Gettysburg Outlet Shoppes is the only decent store to shop in. The manager, Lisa went out of her way to assist me in a return. The staff is friendly, the store is well organized and so convenient for shopping in our area. It means a lot to women my age to have a decent shop so close and convenient to do our shopping. Always a pleasure to shop at Chicos.
My shopping experience at Chicos in the Orchard Town Center, Westminster, CO today was great. Sales associate, Mavis, was so helpful and courteous. I have always appreciated the excellent customer service I receive at Chicos and try to let everyone there know how much I enjoy shopping at Chicos.
I just want to give a really good report on two of the sales people in Crofton Maryland. I visited there yesterday, February 14th, and Lucy and Lovey were very nice and helpful!!! It is store 01172.

While shopping on line is great, I like to walk-in any returns & see if anything catches my eyes! Since my questions on line were never answered it seemed the right thing to do. (That was 7days ago.)
Margaret was on the Claremont Village CHICO’s floor, it was Monday, about 1 p.m. Looking for tall pants?
Poor Margaret was all over this little shop, & found me 2 pairs of pants that fit, along with a belt, bracelet, beautiful elevated status tunic, plus one animal print sweater! The utility jumpsuit that we found was in sad shape and it went straight into the washer to remove the body orders that someone left behind!!!! The manager Beatriz, might had offer a discount but she said she had none for me. O Kay, here is my 2 cents for yah all.

Just had a wonderful shopping experience at the Chico’s outlet in Gettysburg. After wearing the same clothes for 2 years, I was ready to find some new ones! Chico’s had a great selection and the store manager, Lisa, was very helpful. I tried to log in to fill out the survey but couldn’t get in.

I shopped in Chicos at the shops at Union Hill in in Denville New Jersey. The ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and obviously love the company they work for. You are very blessed to have them as employees
